We take specific instructions from owners (we don't buy motorcycles to restore and resell).
Only a rebuild of a classic motorcycle can return it to its original condition (as far as that can be ascertained through research); the conscientious refinishing of components; and at least 300 miles of road-testing. Anything less is just a make-over

We work painstakingly on each machine as though it were our own. Our four key service standards govern all we do

authenticity: motorcycles are rebuilt to return them to original condition, as far as that can be ascertained through our research. Original parts or replacements are made to original specifications*, where these can be traced.
-
finishing: components are repainted, plated or polished to meet our very high standards
-
build quality: extensive road testing - over a minimum of 300 miles - and our unique quality control system ensure reliability, safety and functionality to a standard probably superior to that in which the machine left its original maker's factory

customer service: owners remain fully informed throughout the restoration. Training is available to help owners to get the best from their motorcycle. Our declared aim is to provide owners with the very best care for their treasured machines. (We'll even collect free-of-charge in mainland Britain.)
*except where modern technology gives an 'invisible' improvement e.g. modern steels can be superior in strength and durability to some originals.
